- Tristan a Somerset England born, farm raised, re-recording mixer/sound designer, who is currently the creative director at Gigantic Studios, NYC's premier documentary post studio.
Recent studio works include: American Symphony (Netflix), The Dynasty (Apple TV+) The Vow S1&2 (HBO), Couples Therapy S1-4 (Showtime) Retrograde (NatGeo) (Little Richard: I am everything (Magnolia) amongst many many others. He has also had the pleasure of working freelance with Johnnie Burn on feature narratives including: Poor Things (Searchlight) , NOPE (Universal), Waves (A24) to name just a few.
In both 2022 & 2023 Tristan received Emmy nominations for best sound on 'The First Wave' & 'Retrograde', retrospectively. In 2024 he received a CAS mixing nomination and a Golden Reel editing nomination for his continuing collaboration with prolific director Matthew Heineman, for the film 'American Symphony'. Tristan has also received a Golden Reel nomination for the dialogue edit and premix of Yorgos Lanthimos' 11 BAFTA nominated Poor Things.
