Biography

Aulii Cravalho is an American actress and singer who made her acting debut as the voice of the titular character in the 2016 Disney 3D computer-animated musical feature film Moana. She went on to star in the NBC drama series Rise (2018), the Netflix drama film All Together Now (2020) and the Hulu romantic comedy Crush (2022).

Moana is such an amazing character. She's brave, she is so empowered, she knows what she wants and she's not afraid to get it, and I think that's something that I can relate to as well. I just love watching how she goes along in this wonderful movie and grows as a person and helps her culture along the way.

From baby time to now, I wanted to be a Disney princess and then I wanted to be a singer or an actress.

I'm a very happy person. I'm happy where I'm at, where I've been and with everything I've gone through. I know being happy will only take me further in life, and I'd love to share this passion I have with others.
