I am Jamie Greene, a New York City-based editor who works on narrative and non-fiction based content. My experience in editing includes a wide array of genres such as comedy, drama, documentary, recorded shows, and promotional content.
I fell in love with editing at a very young age and have spent years honing the craft of assembling and enhancing film and other video footage to communicate a story or message to an audience. I am an experienced user of Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Premiere Pro and I continue to pursue opportunities to improve my post production skills. After receiving a bachelor's degree in film with a concentration in post production and a minor in broadcasting, I attended the three-year cinema arts program at the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema, earning a Master of Fine Arts degree in post production.
I have worked on various projects with companies such as Running Man Post, Kiwimbi International, Overtone Films, Brooklyn College, and NJ Film School as well as many of the Feirstein Graduate School's talented filmmakers and educators. I am client-focused and work well independently or with a team. I understand the fast-paced nature of the media environment and I have the ability to meet my clients' requested timeframe.
