Biography

Chris Forsgren has contributed music to major studio films including Fate of the Furious, The Mummy, Transformers One and the recent Super Mario Galaxy Movie, working as part of the composing teams led by Brian Tyler and Rupert Gregson-Williams. His additional music has also appeared in Netflix’s Lost in Space and NBC’s Blindspot.

As a lead composer, Chris scored Netflix’s thriller The Girl From Oslo and Tubi’s psychological drama Bed Rest. Across both large-scale studio collaborations and original scores, Chris has developed a reputation as a melodic storyteller and sophisticated thematist, crafting emotionally resonant music built on strong motifs and rich harmonic language.

With a decade of experience contributing at the highest level, Chris brings both technical mastery and collaborative insight to projects seeking a distinctive thematic identity shaped by melody, harmony and intention.
