- Cameron was born and raised in Oklahoma. Since his childhood, he was in front or behind the camera. Cameron completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts at Brigham Young University and continued his film education and filmmaking career at the University of Southern California. He received his MFA in Film and Television Production from the School of Cinematic Arts at USC.
He has wrapped up on a PBS docuseries called 21 where he worked as an editor. He edited more than 12 episodes, and has been nominated for three Television New York Emmy Awards. The talented crew from 21 won an Emmy for the series at the 67th Annual New York Emmy Awards. He’s directing a short documentary called Ready, Set, Kick and he’s co-directing and co-producing a feature documentary called Chasing Plastic: Team Korea Great Grand Masters. He has directed the award winning short documentary called I'm the Vet which screened at the St. Louis International Film Festival, Catalina Film Festival, Clean Shorts Film Festival, Zion International Film Festival, and the Middlebury New Filmmakers Film Festival.
