Biography

Génesis Dávila was born on November 18, 1992 in Arroyo, Puerto Rico. She is an actress, known for Yandel: Loba (2016), Miss Universe Latina, el reality (2025) and Miss World 2014 (2014).

Was crowned Miss Florida USA 2017 but later was dethroned after it was discovered she hired a professional make-up and hairstylist the night of the pageant. Pageant rules state all contestants must do their own hair and make-up in order to play on a fair level. Dávila later filed a lawsuit against the owners of the Miss Florida USA pageant for $15 million, seeking damages for defamation and a restoration of her crown. The lawsuit was later dismissed in October, with its terms confidential.. The following year, Dávila returned to Miss Florida USA, representing Miami, and won the competition yet again. She represented Florida at Miss USA 2018 and made the Top 5.

Her past titles include Miss World Puerto Rico 2014, Miss Arroyo Mundo 2014, Miss Mundo Puerto Rico 2013, Miss Arroyo Universe 2013, Miss Florida USA 2018r and Miss Intercontinental Puerto Rico 2012.
