Tash (now Tash Randell, as of 2022) has a background in music creative and licensing, starting her career in the industry in 2004; on both label & publisher side (XL, EMI Records, BMG Rights Management) as well as in TV production companies (Sky, MTV/Viacom, Endemol Shine, Banijay).
Now working at ITV Studios on their in-house productions as well as producer-for-hire commissions.
