Biography

Sanjay is a unique entertainer who has a diverse background as he was a former MMA fighter, is a published author on health and wellness, a global speaker and a professional actor with credits in TV, Film, and Commercials.

In 2011 Sanjay founded Team No Excuses Fitness and Nutrition, a worldwide nutrition and fitness education company to help children and adults achieve their nutrition and fitness goals through education and cutting through all the misinformation.

Sanjay developed a following for his business and has been interviewed on and continues to appear on numerous platforms including TV, radio, podcasts, and other platforms for his expertise on health & nutrition. Sanjay is a published author on the subject of nutrition and fitness.

In 2018 Sanjay published his book: The Food Talk: A Parents’ Guide to Teaching Healthy Habits to Kids of All Ages. Sanjay is a national speaker on a variety of topics including nutrition, fitness, motivation and others. Sanjay has degrees in biology, chemistry, and physical science, and for over a decade has served as a consultant, educating physicians and surgeons on various disease states and surgical techniques using different medical devices.

Sanjay works with companies large and small in the US and the world to help implement health and wellness programs for these organizations to empower employees to take charge of their health through easy to implement actions.

Sanjay currently is in pre-production for season 3 of his TV show "Recipe for Wellness. Season 1 is launched nationwide which on PBS in Feb 2025 in 300M homes as he’ll be traveling domestic/overseas to meet with experts on health&wellness, cook& share healthy recipes, provide fitness tips, and sample the local food and explore new cultures and more.

Sanjay also has notable imdb credits as he was a recurring character on Netflix show "House of Cards" and have credits in other tv shows, films and commericals. Sanjay also have other TV and film projects set to release in 2026 as well.
