Emile Vinesh

Emile Vinesh was born in Mumbai, India. He was adopted by a Dutch family when he was seven months old and was raised in the Netherlands, where he currently resides.
Emile’s passion for acting and storytelling was ignited at a young age after watching The Lord of the Rings. This fascination led him to study Filmmaking at the Graphic Lyceum in Rotterdam, providing him with a deep understanding of the technical side of the lens. However, his true calling was in front of the camera.
Over the past decade, Emile has rigorously refined his craft at several institutions, including the Meisner Academy, faaam (Film Actors Academy Amsterdam), Multa Academy, and De Acteerschool Rotterdam. To further expand his physical range, he has trained in screen combat.
With a playing age of 25 to 35, Emile moves seamlessly between high-energy comedy and grounded drama. He is known for his role as the quirky Jack Fizzlewick in SoReked at Home (winner of "Best Use of Character" at the 48 Hour x Imagine competition) and demonstrated his emotional depth in the short film Thomas, portraying a young father grappling with the loss of his child. As a dedicated team player, he was also part of the cast of Heisa, which received a nomination for ‘Best Ensemble’ at the 2023 48 Hour Film Project in Utrecht.
Besides acting, Emile trains in Taekwondo, loves writing his own stories and even designs and creates his own costumes. As an avid gamer with a love for fantasy and nature, he brings a rich imagination and a focused presence to every project he takes on.
