Biography

Tom Selbeck is a 1st AC & Steadicam Operator based in Amsterdam, NL

Tom has experience working on a wide range of projects, including feature films, shorts, commercials, music videos, and everything in between.

Tom's career in the camera department began as a camera assistant while he was studying at the Netherlands Filmacademy.

After graduating there, he decided to pursue camera assisting as a career and became a camera technician at a high end rental house in Amsterdam. During his three years there, he learned all aspects of cinematography, camera technology, and camera assisting, including his love for operating Steadicam.

Since then, Tom has been working on many different film sets as a camera assistant and (steadi) camera operator. Have a cool project? Let him know and feel free to contact him!
