Biography

Tom is a chef, writer and occasional television personality living in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has appeared alongside celebrity chefs such as Guy Fieri Andrew Zimmern and Anthony Bourdain. He is married to Kitty Cook Ramsey and has five children and one grandchild. Before retiring from professional kitchens, he served as Executive Chef at New Orleans favorites such as Galliano, Atchafalaya and Bon's NOLA Street Food.
