Nafsika Antypas is a producer, actress, TV host, author, and entrepreneur best known for creating and starring in the award winning series Ghosted MD, adapted from her original novel of the same name. A versatile storyteller, she blends scripted and unscripted work across television, including the long running lifestyle series Plant Based by Nafsika, and two podcast series, The Plant Based Switch, and Nafsika’s View.
As an author, Antypas wrote the novel Ghosted MD and the nonfiction book The Plant Based Switch, expanding her creative footprint across publishing and screen media. She also features her own original music in the Ghosted MD film.
An accomplished entrepreneur, Antypas is the founder and CEO of several ventures, including the plant based food brand Nafsika’s Garden, the upcoming streaming platform SnapSeries Media LLC, Nafsika Publishing LLC, and Nafsika Music LLC, through which she develops and distributes original content and IP.
Antypas holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Concordia University, with additional studies in TV production, journalism, languages, and marketing.
