Biography

Max Renner was born in Concord, California, to Susanne (Christmann) an accountant, and Charles Renner, a family physician. Renner is a Los Angeles, California-based writer-performer-filmmaker most popularly known for his comedy-music project, Value Select, in which he composes surreal songs for the internet, also performing them live in concert. He frequently collaborates with childhood friends and triple-bunk-bedmates Kyle Metz and Aaron Calimlim. Together they produce weekly live sketch shows at the Moving Arts Theater.
