  • Elizabeth Kilpatrick is the Senior Vice President of Development and Operations for the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media. Founded by Academy Award-winning actor and advocate Geena Davis, the organization works within the entertainment industry to eliminate unconscious bias, highlight gender balance, and challenge stereotypes.

    Elizabeth has twenty-five years of experience in fundraising, marketing, research, program management, and strategic planning with major universities and volunteer-driven, grassroots organizations. She has previously served in executive roles with Cure Autism Now (now Autism Speaks), Goodwill Industries of Southern California, the Alzheimer's Association of Orange County, and the University of Southern California. Elizabeth is also a founding member of the administrative committee for the International Meeting for Autism Research , and a former board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Los Angeles Chapter.

    One of Elizabeth's passions is sharing what she has learned along the way. She is a coach, a speaker, a vlogger, and an author in the area of personal development and transformation. Elizabeth also hosts a YouTube show, develops panel tracks around weight loss and transformation, and serves as a keynote speaker at national conferences.
