Victoria Ward was born in 1939 in Islington, London, England, UK. She was an actress, known for Second Best (1972). She was married to Alan Bates. She died on June 22, 1992 in Sardegna, Italy.

Grief-stricken following the death of her son Tristan, she died from a suspected heart attack, following a wasting disease similar to anorexia.

Had twin sons, Benedick Bates and Tristan. In 1990, Tristan died of an asthma attack in Tokyo.
