Biography

Sedona Legge is an American-Australian actress, model, and fashion designer born in La Jolla, California. Raised between Southern California and Sydney, Australia, she began acting at the age of six and holds dual U.S. and Australian citizenship.

Legge began acting professionally at a young age, with her first major studio role coming when she was cast as Blake Lively's younger sister in Sony Pictures' "The Shallows."

Legge has since appeared in Ryan Murphy's "American Horror Stories," including "Dollhouse" and "Tapeworm," and was featured across the series' publicity posters and trailers. She also starred opposite David Dastmalchian in the short film "Metanoia," with additional screen credits including the Lifetime film "Web Cam Girls."

Alongside acting, Legge has built an extensive international career in high fashion. She opened Gucci's Love Parade runway show on Hollywood Boulevard and has appeared in numerous campaigns for the house. She has also worked with leading fashion houses and designers including Chanel, Chloé, Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs, Moschino, Rodarte, Christian Cowan and Lever Couture.

Her editorial and fashion work has appeared in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Hunger, InStyle and WWD, among other international publications. She was photographed by Rankin for a Hunger cover and editorial and appeared as Jean Harlow in Vogue World: Hollywood.

Legge is also the founder and creative director of Chained by Sedona, a Los Angeles-based wearable-art label recognized for its hand-constructed chain mail and sculptural designs. Her creations have been worn by artists and performers including Lenny Kravitz, Willow Smith, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Dakota Johnson, Paris Hilton, Lauryn Hill, Phoebe Bridgers, Camila Cabello, Greta Van Fleet, Ariana DeBose, Victoria Monét and Saweetie, among others.

A lifelong vegetarian who became vegan in 2014, Legge is passionate about animal welfare and environmental causes. She has also supported anti-bullying initiatives, including Project Hero, an experiential anti-bullying program.

Legge is an accomplished athlete with skills in surfing, downhill skiing, swimming and water polo and holds an Australian surf lifesaving certification. She is skilled in aerial arts, including pole, aerial silks and aerial hoop, and has additional training in stunt work and singing.
