Erica Mendoza is a Mexican/Chicana producer, director & actress. She is the Associate Director at the Hidden GEM Creative Studios. Her short "Angelito de Donde" won a 2024 Telly Award for "Branded Content & Social Justice Advocacy", and her work has been recognized by various entities that include: The Mexican-American Film & TV Awards, LULAC, the California Endowment, the SF Foundation, and University Film & TV Association. As a dedicated advocate for immigrant rights, her films highlight the marginalized experiences of undocumented, refugee, and first-generation Americans.
