  • Ashton Gleckman is a composer and filmmaker from Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. His projects as director, editor, and composer include the 8-part History Channel documentary series, Kennedy, narrated by Emmy Award-winner Peter Coyote (E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial) and co-produced with RadicalMedia (The Fog of War), as well as the documentary features The Hills I Call Home and We Shall Not Die Now. Ashton's original music has been featured in a range of productions including Netflix's WW2 in Color: Road to Victory and ABC's Avatar: The Deep Dive - a behind the scenes documentary on James Cameron's Avatar: The Way of Water. He has also completed music production work for composers like Harry Gregson-Williams (The Chronicles of Narnia). Ashton hosts the "Behind the Score" series on YouTube, in which he examines and deconstructs some of history's most iconic film scores and interviews film composers. The Behind the Score series has captured the attention of composers like Danny Elfman and directors like Guillermo Del Toro.
