Biography

Allison Shrum is an American actor, makeup artist, and director.

Raised just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, Allison discovered a passion for acting at a young age, taking classes at local studios and summer theater camps. After graduating high school, Allison went to school for makeup artistry and started working behind the camera as well. Her credits include work as an actor, writer, producer, director, and makeup artist.

Allison is represented by Asteria Artists in LA and NYC, and McCray Agency in the Southeastern US market.

Allison won Best Director award for her short film, "I Hate Coffee, A Love Story", at the 2018 4th Wall Film Challenge. Her film also took home the awards for Best Actor (Seth Dunlap) and Best Supporting Actor (Percy Bell).

Allison won Best Makeup for the short film, "Wishful Thinking", at the 2017 54 Hour Film Festival in Nashville, TN.

Allison won the Best Regional Short award for her film "Roger Must Die" at the 2022 Chattanooga Film Festival- rated one of the top 25 best festivals to attend.
