Sedick de Jongh, is a props master, props maker and industrial designer with 24 years experience in the industry.
Sedick de Jongh grew up in Mannenberg on the notorious Cape Flats in Cape Town, South Africa where he earned a living as a street vendor. Presented with the opportunity for a career in the film industry in 1996, Sedick relocated to Johannesburg, South Africa. Specialising in local and international TV commercials for the first decade, he eventually discovered that he had a 'knack' for industrial design furniture and lights as well as making certain specialised props and ventured into series, movies and reality TV to be able to explore and apply his talent more effectively. Sedick currently(2021) resides in Cape Town, South Africa where he still plies his trade in the film industry.
