Edith Flagg was born on November 1, 1919 in Vienna, Austria. She was married to Hans Stein and Eric Flagg. She died on August 13, 2014 in Century City, California, USA.

Paternal grandmother of Josh Flagg. Mother of Michael Hans Flagg (born in 1943). Her son was adopted by her second husband, Eric Flagg.

Founder and Owner of Edith Flagg Inc. (1956-2000) of Los Angeles, California.

When Germany annexed Austria, she and her family fled to Holland in 1938. During World War II, she and her husband were members of the Dutch Resistance. Her first husband, Hans Stein was arrested and was killed at Auschwitz Concentration Camp. She remarried Eric Flagg after the war.

She was raised in Galati, Romania.
