He develops character-driven film, television, and emerging-format projects while helping creators, producers, and organizations turn raw ideas into emotionally resonant, market-aware narrative properties.

Across genre, format, and platform, he is interested in the intersection of story, audience behavior, cultural relevance, and commercial viability.

Neil has written and developed projects with Called Higher Studios, NFUTR, Inc., Arolucha, Inc., independent producers, and mission-driven organizations such as Augusta University, PhilanthroFilms, Inc., and ReStart Augusta.

His experience spans screenwriting, development, script evaluation, production operations, festival strategy, institutional storytelling, and creative-infrastructure design.

He holds an MFA in Screenwriting from the UNCSA School of Filmmaking, where he studied under the late Academy Award-winning director Peter Werner.
