Biography

Kelvin Lay has been married to Anne Marie Lay since December 31, 2002. They have two children.

He was awarded the MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2020 Queen's New Years Honours List for his services to child protection in Kenya. He was former Contractor at the United Nations Office Drugs and Crime, Nairobi, Kenya.
