Provided the unit publicity and media relations strategy for season 3 of APTN's Moosemeat & Marmalade, an Indigenous cooking show. The series, co-starring Cree bush cook and Indigenous activist Art Napoleon & trained UK chef & owner of The London Chef Cooking School Dan Hayes, sees the two chefs travel all across western & northern Canada as well as the UK, learning about how to apply local products & produce to Canadian cuisine as well as focusing on Indigenous food sovereignty and security.
