Ms. Kalpana Malviya is an Executive Producer and founder of Rarefied Studio, The Rarefied Studio is a multicultural content company specializing in original format creation transcending borders, ethnicity, and language. It adapts existing formats for the international market, with particular expertise in local territories. Rarefied's headquarters are in Los Angeles, and it has further offices in New York, London, and Mumbai. Ms. Malviya has previously developed and produced various unscripted reality television shows that have aired globally on the ZEE Network, where she was Senior Director of Original Programming for North America. Ms. Malviya is a member of Forbes The Culture, Television Executives Peer Group at the Emmys, and also part of the Producer Guild of America, where she is active in Committees focused on Diversity, Education, and Mentoring.
