Tom Chen is a recognized entertainment communications strategist with more than two decades of experience shaping how movies, series, brands, and media companies are positioned, launched, elevated, and championed.
Most recently, Chen served as Senior Vice President of Publicity at Shout! Studios. Prior to joining Shout! Factory in 2007, Chen was director of television, film and home entertainment at MPRM Communications. His long-time clients included AMC, Discovery Channel, Starz, HBO, IFC, and Universal Home Entertainment, among others. Earlier in his career, he implemented film publicity and award campaigns for many Oscar®-winning documentaries, and launched several acclaimed independent films at Sundance Film Festival.
