Intan Kieflie is an Indonesian-Australian actress and film producer known for her cross-cultural storytelling and strong understanding of both creative development and film markets.
Born in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, Intan began her film career in 2010 as both an actress and producer in 7 Hearts, 7 Loves, 7 Women (7 Hati 7 Cinta 7 Wanita). She also performed the film's soundtrack, earning her nominations for Best Supporting Actress at the Indonesian Film Festival (Citra Awards 2010) and the Indonesian Movie Awards (IMA 2010).
Following this success, she went on to produce Hati ke Hati (2013) and over 20 feature for television for leading Indonesian networks, establishing a reputation for combining creative storytelling with strong commercial instincts. Her projects often balance emotional depth with accessibility, making her one of the few producers who truly understands how to bring a film from concept to market.
In 2017, Intan expanded her career to Australia, founding Kraken Entertainment, a Melbourne-based production company focused on Indonesian-Australian collaborations. Working closely with Anak Negeri Films (Indonesia) and other Australia / Southeast Asian partners, she continues to develop original projects with international appeal blending local authenticity with global sensibility.
