Julka Phoenix is a model, actress & singer from Singapore. In 2009, Julka entered into the world of baby pageants at 7 months old, and started modeling at 10 months old. She is of Chinese-Indonesian and Slovenian-Croatian heritage, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Julka has won over 180 beauty and talent competitions nationally and regionally, and has more than 200 commercial jobs under her belt.

At 6 years old, Julka was Singapore's youngest representative in Asia's Got Talent Season 1, in which she garnered four 'yeses' from the celebrity judges Vaness Wu, Melanie C, Anggun and David Foster as she performed a bellydance routine.

At 7, Julka was possibly the world's youngest professional visual poi performer.

Julka has won several titles including Singapore Calendar Babies 2009, Baby Singapore 2009, Pampers Baby Of The Year 2010, Young Parents Baby Of The Year 2010, FisherPrice Most Photogenic Baby 2010, Princess of Asian World 2013, Guess Kids Supermodel (in 2014 &amp; 2016), Fox Kids Model 2013, Little Miss Ratu Kebaya 2014, Little Miss Glamourous 2013 &amp; 2014, Little Miss Cinderella Singapore 2014, Fairytale Princess 2014.

Julka is name after Julia Volkova of t.A.T.u fame.
