Josh Braunreuther is an Emmy-nominated Director of Photography with over a decade of experience in film and television. His career began as a photojournalist at WCIV in Charleston, SC, where he quickly gained recognition, winning several NPPA awards for his journalism.
In 2021, Josh served as Director of Photography for the feature-length documentary On the Way Home (2024), which premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival in 2024 and went on to win Best Cinematography at Doc LA and the Charles E. Guggenheim Emerging Artist Award at Full Frame Doc Fest that same year.
