In 2012, Rachel Walter vied for the renowned title Miss California, USA. Rachel accepted the highly respectable award for serving Most Active in Her Community. Rachel held numerous charity events, rose awareness for unprivileged children, supported local Wounded Warriors and helped build shelters for the homeless.
