Brian Cattapan is a Cartoonist, Writer, Voice & Character Actor, Illustrator, Director, Artist, Designer, Producer, Animator & Comics / Media / Film Creator. He is somehow (probably due to strong coffee or chocolate, or a bit of both actually) a multi award winning short film maker that is known for his comedic Comics, Cartoons & Illustrations. He is thankful for getting to work on feature films created by other filmmakers that are made in the Pacific NW that include the unique multi award winning comedy horror movie, Bampire, as well as the horror movie The Lizzie Borden Game which has been to Cannes Film Festival. He is also working on the comedy horror short film, Rat Problem, set in the year 1987, created by other Pacific NW filmmakers and we are striving to make it into a feature film.
His self created / written series of comics, TV series, feature film & other media include ZEEK the Martian Geek, Quarter Century GIRL, Crazy Pets Strike BACK, Breakin' All the Ghouls, Hella Gnarly, Vampires Need Love Too! & Comic Nerds in Love... and more.
His creative work also includes creating animated scenes for The CW's Significant Mother music video, Space Jimmy... Animation art for the Brew Crew TV series, The Hyperbole Productions animated movie logo, illustrating movie posters such as 2019's Road to Bob, 2017's Crazy Right and 2022's Kinsperson & Cool Book Club. He voice acted and illustrated for 2021's Mutant Vampires From the Planet Neptune & played featured characters on TV shows such as Nikola Tesla & young Geppetto on TNT's The Librarians and background characters on NBC's Grimm, The CW's Significant Mother, HBO's Here and Now, Electric Entertainment's Good Samaritan, Stafford RTB Film's 1 Dead Dog and more.
Also he might be mistaken to be, actually be or likes to claim to be renowned for his animated shorts / TV series / WIP feature films in which he voice acts about 13 characters and hires talented voice actresses & actors for other lead characters.
All of this and yet he strives to remain humble and tries to be a cool guy with a sense of humor. He resides in Portland, Oregon with his beloved cat and looks forward to doing more creative work in Mainstream & Independent Film & TV, etc.
