Biography

Nicholas is a rising voice within British cinema. Having landed a prestigious BAFTA scholarship to study in Los Angeles at The American Film Institute, his AFI thesis film landed a coveted premiere in the main competition at TRIBECA 2024.

His unique blend of tender, sensual cinema and visceral immersive storytelling always centers queer characters in complex and compelling leading roles.

Nicholas has won many awards on the festival circuit, including Best Director at Sunrise Film Festival in the UK, and the Academy-award qualifying Grand Jury Prize for Best Narrative Short at Calgary International Film Festival.
