Biography

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Frank moved to Las Vegas in 2003 as VP and co-owner of a land development company where he invested in the speculative construction market. He later relocated to Costa Rica as a developer, returning to Las Vegas after the real estate market crash in 2008. Shifting gears slightly he accepted the position of Senior Investment Associate with a real estate advisory group in Vegas after which he moved into the legal field as a consumer debt consultant for one of the largest law firms in Nevada. Intent on remaining in the financial arena, Frank started his own independent insurance and financial consulting firm with affiliations with New York Life and Transamerica Financial Advisors. In 2015 Frank was offered and accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer for A Shade of Light Filmworks. Frank is also one of the Producers for the upcoming film "City Limits", a Shade of Light Filmworks production.
