Biography

Joey Debroy is an actor based out of Mumbai and Kolkata. He was born in Shillong, but got settled in Mumbai as his corporate job demanded.

He became famous as a Bengali actor in a show called "Hridoyhoron B A Pass" (2018). His debut was through a Hindi bollywood movie "Mumbai 125km 3D" (2016). And then he debuted in Bengal film industry in a movie called "Porichoi" 2016.

Once he became a household name in Bengal, he shifted his base to kolkata and did many Bengali feature films as a protagonist (or antagonist sometimes). To name a few "Tui Amar Hero" (2020), "Biye.com" (2021), "Mone Rekho" (2018), "Shree Krishan Bhakta Meera" (2022), "Romeo vs Juliet" (2016) and so on.

He did two big mega serials (daily soaps) with two of the best channels in Bengal.

He started focusing on web series and did few back to back, such as "Pilkunj" (2023), "Lady Queen Gents Parlour" (2023), "Milkshake Murders" (2024) and so on.

As he is very fluent in Hindi because of his northern-upbringing, he is now totally focusing on Hindi projects and is looking for good and impactful roles in web series and movies.
