Alex Teplish is a filmmaker, digital innovator, and technology leader with a passion for using cutting-edge technology to tell and visualize compelling stories. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked across digital technology, creative development, and marketing. At Omnicom Health Group, he spearheaded the Global Development Center, driving digital transformation and innovation across the healthcare marketing industry.
Beyond corporate leadership, Alex is an accomplished author and storyteller. His graphic novel Survivor: Aron's Story, an award-winning illustrated memoir of his grandfather's survival during WWII and the Holocaust, has been integrated into educational curricula and inspired a multimedia presentation and an interactive virtual museum, which was recognized as a Webby Honoree in 2023. His ultimate goal is to adapt Survivor: Aron's Story into an animated miniseries, expanding its impact through visual storytelling.
Alex is also the author of In The Beginning: The Epic of the Anunnaki, a graphic novel exploring ancient astronaut theories and humanity's origins through mythology and historical narratives. His fascination with ancient history and speculative science fuels his storytelling, blending fact and fiction in unique ways.
In the film industry, Alex has directed and produced multiple AI-driven short films that have been accepted as finalists and semi-finalists at film festivals. His work explores the intersection of technology and storytelling, leveraging AI to push creative boundaries in filmmaking. Born in the former Soviet Union and raised in Brooklyn, he continues to innovate at the crossroads of technology, storytelling, and immersive media.
