Biography

Miguel Ponte (1992) is a Portuguese actor, theatre director and playwright. He graduated in Acting from the Lisbon Theatre and Film School (ESTC). His work spans theatre, performance and audiovisual projects, collaborating with artists and companies such as Romeo Castellucci, Ricardo Neves-Neves, Teatro da Garagem and O Fim do Teatro. Ponte is a founding member of the Lisbon-based collective Bestiário, with which he has created and performed several stage works. In film and television he has appeared in productions including Soldado Milhões and the short film Irrealis (2026).

He also holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, a profession he continues to work on creatively by developing roleplays, web series and short films for the training of healthcare professionals.
