Gautami Deshpande

Gautami Deshpande is a well-known Marathi television actress and singer. Born and raised in Pune, Maharashtra, she completed her engineering degree in 2014 and briefly worked in the IT industry. Alongside her studies, she was actively involved in theatre, which eventually inspired her to pursue acting full-time.

Gautami made her Marathi television debut with the Sony Marathi serial Saare Tujhyachsathi, directed by Manish Khandelwal, where she portrayed the role of Shruti. Her performance earned her recognition, including the MA TA Sanmaan Best Actress Award in 2019.

She further gained widespread popularity for her role as Sai Shashikant Birajdar in the Zee Marathi serial Majha Hoshil Na, directed by Aniket Sane. Her work in the show earned her the Best Actress Award and Best Couple Award at the Zee Marathi Utsav Natyancha Awards in 2021.

Apart from acting, Gautami is also a talented singer. She lent her voice to the song "Ghari Gondhal" in the Marathi film Mann Fakiraa. She has also appeared as a guest on the popular comedy show Chala Hawa Yeu Dya.

Gautami's sister, Mrunmayee Deshpande, is also a celebrated actress in the Marathi entertainment industry.
