Christina-Kallirroi Garbi studied Law at the Athens Law School and Acting at the Drama School of the Athens Conservatory. She worked for ten years as an actress and theatre director. In 2020, she started working in film and literature, building worlds of her own. Her short films have been screened at Oscar-qualifying short film festivals, receiving several nominations and awards (Jeonju International Short Film Festival, VIENNA SHORTS, Trieste Film Festival, Athens International Film Festival, Drama International Short Film Festival, INTERFILM Berlin). At the same time, she writes poetry and prose. She has published two poetry books and one short story collection, receiving critical acclaim. In 2024, she was selected as one of the ten emerging Greek authors who presented their work at the 20th Thessaloniki International Book Fair.
