- Kylie Eaton is a director and writer of science fiction, action/adventure, and genre blending films. Originally from the Midwest, she loves grounding her films in modern-day Americana while adding supernatural and other-worldly elements to explore dark subjects like mental health and dysfunctional family dynamics.
As a director, she has worked for such clients as Capitol Records, Republic Records, Oliver Peoples, and Shakeology. Her narrative work has been featured at festivals such as Indy Shorts, LA Shorts, and Bronze Lens, showcased in 3D World Magazine, and premiered on Gunpowder + Sky's YouTube Chanel DUST. She has worked with veteran talent such as Gina Torres and Amy Davidson, as well as talented up-and-comers Eris Baker ("This Is Us") and Violet Brinson (CW's "Walker").
She is currently a fellow in BlackMagic Collective's 2021 Future Directors of Studio Features Initiative, presented by BlackMagic Design, and sits on the Executive Board of Directors for Alliance of Women Directors.
