Paulo Protacio is a Filipino film composer. Some of his notable works include 100 Poems for Stella (2017), Expensive Candy (2022), and Just a Stranger (2019). He is a self-taught musician whose work on The Boy Foretold by the Stars (2020) has earned him several awards, including Best Music for Gawad Urian 2021 and The Entertainment Editors' Choice 2021. His compositions are deeply influenced by post-rock, progressive rock, and trip-hop, combining atmospheric textures and electronic elements to create unique soundscapes.
