Riston Diggs

Based in San Diego California, Riston Diggs is a musician and performance artist representing the intelligent movement genre also known as Hip-Hop. Recognized as a "rock star" performer and noted as "incredibly poignant" Diggs has become a stand out artist in the San Diego music scene coining his signature sound as "rock-hop" a mash up of innovative elements of Hip-Hop, Rock & Soul. Riston started his musical journey post a 9 year military career, ultimately choosing to work in San Diego where he spent most of his career. Self releasing his first project PTSD in October 2015, he began performing at local venues that extended the opportunity from City Pub, Go Lounge, The Holding Company, Blonde Bar, Soda Bar, Music Box, etc opening up for local artists and national touring acts alike. His image and message of struggle, and heartache is right on time with Hip-Hop's current state of sound.
