Peter Melancon

Peter Melancon is a New Orleans native ,He went Full Sail University and he quit with only 6 months left. Afterwards he went to University of New Orleans and graduated with a BA in history. However, halfway through Katrina hit and his time was extended. Afterwards he became a librarian and still manages to have time to make films.
