Born in Germany, Charleen spent her childhood moving around Germany and the UK due to her military up-bringing. After gaining a degree, she began to pursue acting as a career in 2014. In 2018 she was selected as part of Cannes Film Festival talent corner based on her skills and credits. Charleen had also turned her hand to behind the camera roles, and has written and produced many high-caliber shorts films.
