Kyle Butenhoff

Kyle Butenhoff is an American actor, writer, and director whose credits include David Fincher’s The Adventures of Cliff Booth, the Apple feature Sponsor with Jason Segel, ABC’s High Potential and 9-1-1, FX’s Mayans M.C., Netflix’s Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, and CBS’s S.W.A.T. He also appeared in the independent comedy She’s the He, which premiered at SXSW and later screened at the BFI.

Butenhoff wrote, directed, and starred in the feature thriller Laced, which played the Panic, Phoenix, and Sunscreen film festivals before securing domestic distribution through Dark Sky Films. The New York Times subsequently selected the film as one of its "Five Horror Movies to Stream Now." His screenwriting has also received recognition from the Austin Film Festival, Launch Pad, ScreenCraft, and WeScreenplay.

Originally from San Francisco, Butenhoff is now based in Los Angeles. His voiceover credits include Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2 and the Netflix series The Girl in the Mirror and Santo. He has also appeared in national commercial campaigns for Doritos, the NFL, Taco Bell, Xbox, Dell, Jimmy John’s, AT&T, Fox Sports, and The Outer Worlds 2.
