Professor Das is a Professor, Early Modern Literature and Culture and Tutorial Fellow at Exeter College at the University of Oxford in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. He was awarded the OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2025 King's New Years Honours List for her services to Interdisciplinary Research in the Humanities and to Public Engagement.
