Brad Charlton Wells is a UK-based creative director, music video and film director/producer, and former official LEGO® Master Model Builder, born in Grimsby, England. His work spans music, commercial, documentary, and large-scale creative production, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, design, and hands-on making.

Brad has written, shot, directed, and edited music videos for a range of artists, including RainBoy’s "U Think About" and MINT’s "Nothing Seems to Get Me High." His commercial portfolio includes projects for global and lifestyle brands such as AUDI, VISA, and The Boot Room, delivering narrative-driven content across digital and broadcast platforms.

Alongside commercial work, Brad has contributed to documentary filmmaking, including World’s Most Expensive Hobby: Lincolnshire Wolds Railway, combining factual storytelling with cinematic production values. His background as a LEGO® Master Model Builder informs a distinctive approach to creative problem-solving, physical storytelling, and design-led production across all his work.
