Debsey Wykes was born on December 21, 1960 in Hammersmith, London, England, UK. She is an actress, known for Saint Etienne: Who Do You Think You Are (1993), Something Else (1978) and Take Three Girls (2008).

Performed with Saint Etienne on their 1993 hit single "Who Do You Think You Are", which was a cover of the 1973 original by Candlewick Green.

In 1978, she formed the British post-punk pop-band Dolly Mixture with guitarist, Rachel Bor and drummer, Hester Smith.
