  • "Aequanimitas" director (Denis Kirkman-Moriarty) and crew were planning 4-5 takes of the office trashing finale. Galatis performed the scene in the first and only take, which made the final cut of the film. The next day it was discovered that close to the beginning of the take, Galatis had broken his hand, amidst still completed the scene. For the remaining shooting days, Galatis and the crew had to cleverly hide his cast, which extended from his knuckles to his elbow.
  • In Karen Allen's "A Tree. A Rock. A Cloud."... Galatis's character ate breakfast at the bar. In the few days it took to shoot those scenes, he consumed a total of about 20 fried eggs, on top of the numerous bacon and toast replenishment.
