Dou Pothmolita

Dou Was born In Stung Treng Province, a small town of Cambodia border. Dou pothmolita( better known as Apple) is the first ever makeup artist from Cambodia to pursue her career to Hollywood. She was a self-taught, freelance makeup artist specializing in cinematography Body painting and special effects. she founded Apple Makeup Gallery in 2016 as a means for managing my growing business opportunities and also as a vocational school for aspiring Cambodian makeup artists. She was Top5 of Vi Niell Legendary makeup scholarship 2016 and Leonard Engelman Fellow 2018. She graduated from Cinema Makeup school in 2018. Dou pothmolita had found so many project in Cambodia to raise awareness for environment , endanger species and Cambodia culture by using Makeup art . Her project include: _ " The Jungle Project" The body painting art exhibition to raise awareness that use makeup to inspire and empower young people about endanger wild life animal. _"The Sea Project " order to raise awareness about endangered marine life species in Cambodia. She created the makeup and body paint of 12 famous models by inspire by the real marine animal that found in Cambodia and it's also the first underwater Photography in Cambodia too. _Her last Exhibition called " The Capture Project " to Raise awareness and Protect animal that got trafficked and abuse everyday in Cambodia . The exhibition was Cooraparate with big NGO such as Wild LIFE ALLIANCE , WWF, FFI and USA embassy . We was able to gather so much public attention and Media.
