Tamara is an experienced co-producer with a background in media. Originally from Estonia, Tamara moved to London in 2009 in pursuit of creative opportunities. She got her foot in the door working as a Production Assistant in 2014.
Eager to take on more responsibility, Tamara progressed from Production Coordinator to co-producing multiple independent feature films across various genres.
Beyond hands-on producing, Tamara leverages her industry expertise as Editor for Ikon London Magazine where she covers major film festivals and awards shows while spotlighting rising talent. She also founded The DAFTAS competition in 2019 to support London's filmmaking community.
A judge of the Epica Awards, Tamara Orlova has cemented her reputation as an advocate for indie film and creative industries.
